Accompanied by your tutor, take a relaxed walk around the reserve.  We'll make the most of the opportunities that come our way, you'll learn how to use your camera to take great portraits of the birds as well as Bats, Bee orchids, Damselflies, Dragonflies, Glow worms, Grass snakes, Harvest mice, Kingfishers, Song-birds (including Cetti’s, reed and sedge warblers), Wainscot moths (silky and obscure), Water birds (including Bewick’s swans and pochards in winter), Water shrews and voles, otters and learn more about compositional techniques. Suitable for all skill levels and cameras. Obviously we cannot guarantee what action we will see but there should still be a great opportunity to get some stunning photos of the seasonal wildlife. There is no classroom session for this course.
