Richard, I just wanted to say a big thank you for your patience and excellent teaching and advice last Friday when we had the day at Capel Manor Gardens . Since our one to one coaching I have used my Camera to take a number of business photographs without using the automatic mode and I have to say the knowledge you imparted proved very useful for internal shots where a flash was not the answer. So once again thank you.
Regards Peter C. (November 2016)

Hello Rod, Thanks for your time yesterday, it was a brilliant day - a great introduction to getting more from Photoshop Elements, which to all intents and purposes has lain idle on my laptop for a couple of years. You'll be pleased to note that I have just had a go at using layers to blur and recreate an image, with very pleasing results. I will join you for the advanced workshop.
Once again, many thanks, Robert F. (November 2016)

Dear Peter, Thanks so much for an excellent day on Friday. The Wolves and weather of course were outstanding and your tutorship excellent. I really enjoyed Friday, and am absolutely delighted with the resulting images. I look forward to booking another workshop with you soon. Thanks again for a great day. Regards, Francis (January 2015)

Hi Rod, Really enjoyed the entire day, it was really a great course - maybe the best I have attended, as I had little experience of portrait lighting or working with a model. Best of all messing with the set made us really made want to do more of it, fascinating subject and it was great fun working with a model so good and patient with us all. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again for a great course, hope to see you again on another one! Maybe the Weddings Workshop next year? Would be very interested on that one! Best Wishes, Dave (November 2015)

Jan, I am conscious that I don't give feedback often enough and often forget to thank organisers. Yesterday at Anglian Wolf Society was a Delight. I returned home with a camera full of memories, in large part due to help and guidance from Peter Smart and Caroline and her volunteers. The addition of Teaching Talons was a welcome bonus. John, Hertfordshire (January 2015)

Hi Rod, I would like to thank you for two brilliant courses over the weekend at Marston Vale.I learnt so much in a short time and I found the handouts really useful. Thanks again for two excellent courses and all the useful web links.Best Regards, Tony, Bedfordshire (November 2015)

Peter, Caroline, Lynn & Tara - Thank you for a great day today with ...the Anglian Wolves and the Teaching Talons. It was as usual a fabulous day with lots of choices for shots. I took over 500 pics today but thought I would share these with you. Karen, Essex (January 2015)

Hi Rod, Thank you for all your help on the Photo Editing course, you were right it was easy to follow and I am looking forward to putting it into practice. I didn't think I would enjoy editing at all but I actually loved it. Thanks again for ALL your help. Best wishes, Carole (November 2015)

Hi Peter, I simply want to say what a fabulous day I had with you on Big Cats Photography One-to-One in November. To say that I’d been looking forward to the day would be an understatement of epic proportions and often it seems that such an eagerly awaited event can go a tad slack in reality. Not so our day … in fact I can’t think of any aspect that could have been improved upon!!! The help you gave me in particular was excellent. I took in the region of 400 different photos, only half of which I have looked at so far, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results!! Once again, many thanks for opportunity offered to us on Monday and perhaps you will pass on my thanks to everyone at the venue and especially for the lovely food provided for us at lunch time. Kind regards, Keith, (November 2014)

Peter, I just wanted to say a belated thank you for my one to one day at the Cat Survival Trust. Fantastic day, and I felt privileged to be so close to such beautiful cats, and to have you being there to give such valuable advice and tips and basically make the day so enjoyable. Many thanks again, Phil, August 2014

In terms of understanding my camera's capability and the elements that comprise a good photograph I probably learnt more yesterday than several months of reading manuals - having an experienced hand closely available for the practical exercise made it much easier to learn.... Michael, May 2014

Good Morning Peter, Thank you very much for the course held the the Cat Survival Trust on Sunday. I really enjoyed the day and improved my knowledge on settings, gained more confidence in what I have been doing, but most of all a day dedicated to taking pictures of some fantastic animals was brilliant. It seems I took over 800 pictures but I've managed to whittle them down to 52. Thanks again, and I hope to attend other course both with Going Digital and yourself in the future. Regards, Alex, May 2014

Hi Peter, Hope you're well. Here's a link to a few photos that my girlfriend Jo took at the Anglian Wolf Society on probably the hottest Sunday in May! We both really enjoyed the day and will hopefully join you on one of your other shoots (big cats etc.) at some point in the future. Graham & Jo

Hello Peter, I want to say thanks so much for the Wolf day and being so forthcoming with help and advice and also for letting me try that lens. You have some wonderful shots on your website by the way and on Flickr; truly beautiful and shot with a really artistic eye too! Thanks again Peter, will hopefully see you again on another one soon. All the best. Jane M.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for a fantastic day on todays course. The course was informative and really good fun, plus I genuinely feel equipped to no longer use the auto option. I will certainly be recommending your courses to my friends and family, Phil, March 2014

Hi Peter, I just wanted to say thanks for a great afternoon with the Wolves on Saturday. It was just what I needed - an afternoon photographing amazing wolves and chatting to other like-minded photographers. It was great to meet you too - & hopefully I can get onto another course in the not-too-distant future. I've attached my favourite pic (so far) from the day; I've still got the bulk of them to work through, so I'll hopefully have a few more to send over once I've managed to sort them out. Thanks again, Sarah, March 2014

Just a quick email to say thank you for a great day at Bedford yesterday. Peter was a very helpful guide and his advice was given in such a way that it made sense to even the least technical of photographers. I was a little apprehensive when I first arrived, thinking I would be out of my depth and embarrassed by people much more experienced than me. How wrong could I have been. It was a very relaxed and friendly day with like minded people. The falconer was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him, his guidance as to how the birds would behave was very useful. I will certainly be looking at booking another day with you. Once again, many thanks and I hope you like the picture of the Chilean Blue Eagle I took on the day. One of many I am proud of. Simon D, March 2014

This is the first chance I have had to contact you since I arrived home from our fantastic trip to the Masai Mara. Many thanks for your recent e-mail messages since we returned from our trip to Kenya. It is still sinking in that I have now actually been to Africa! Thanks again for all the help and guidance you provided before and during the trip. In particular I am very grateful for the alerts you gave us about photographic opportunities just before they happened such as when the Serval was about to jump and framing the baby giraffe by the long neck of the adult. Obviously seeing opportunities such as these only comes with experience and I much appreciate you sharing your sightings with us. Thanks Again and All the Best for now, Ian, Oct 2013
